Frequently Asked Questions


SHIPPING:

All items are shipped via USPS. Rush orders are accepted at an additional charge. Please choose a shipping method at the checkout.


Most items are made-to-order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for items to be made and shipped.


What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship within the United States.  If you are from outside of the US and would like to purchase an item, please send an email to info@lcbride.com and we will calculate the shipping charges.


Do you allow order pick-up?

We do not allow for order pick-up at this time. All orders will be shipped via USPS.


Transit times / how long will it take to deliver my order?

This will depend on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. You will be able to track your package to view delivery dates.


Incorrect ship to address:

If you have provided the incorrect ship to address, please contact us immediately with the correct address. If your order has already shipped; unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. Items shipped to the incorrect address are not eligible for a refund if it is the customer's error. If your order was undeliverable and it is returned to us, we can re-ship your order; however, re-shipment fees will apply.



Can you put my order ahead of others and rush it?

Yes, rush service is available for an additional fee. Please contact us to request a rush order. We will then determine if we can accommodate your request.
